1. On-trip learning with certainty

Our on-trip learning themes are designed around the overall objective of helping student construct a boarder world view and appreciate cross-cultural experiences.
Clear take-away learning on the part of the students is achieved with the help of proprietary site-based pedagogic approaches such as exploration game and background reading. Activities are mostly designed as teamwork.
We will discuss, and adapt to the specific need of your school if necessary, these learning themes and pedagogic approaches with school teacher as a first step.
It is rather common that school evaluates student's overall trip performance based on their exploration journal
Our trip leaders are degree-holders. Some are retired teachers and others are also trained to facilitate on-site learning. They will take lead in all the learning initiatives during the trip.
Accompanying school teachers will only need to encourage their students to take active part in activities and comply with basic behavioral requirements.
When necessary, we will provide students with wireless receivers to ensure clear hearing of the instructions and commentaries of the trip leader and local guide.

2. Pre-trip and post-trip supports

i. Pre-trip supports: We will provide online enrollment system (upon request), and administrative documents such as sample of parents’ notice. We will also co-host parents briefing session and pre-trip preparation lesson for students (upon request).

ii. Post-trip supports: We will provide analyses of feedback, to be submitted by every student at the end of each trip, as well as hold evaluation meeting with the accompanying teachers, in order to find room for optimization if the trip is to be repeated the following year.

3. Budget constraint

We could work within your budget constraint, if any, by providing alternative itinerary and activities

4. Safety

Safety first is our top priority when planning and organizing programmes. On one hand, we select only hygienic restaurants, clean and safe hotels and homestays and reputable vehicles and drivers. On the other hand, our planning process involves risk assessment and management, in-house training, student ratios consideration and good communication with client schools to ensure the readiness level of all participants and programme leaders.

As we operate only in a limited number of destinations, we have over the years gathered a tremendous amount of local knowledge, which are important to our risk assessment process. A Risk Assessment and Management System template is attached for reference. For every site in each destination, we conduct risk assessment following this template.

Programme documentation supports good safety. Programme leaders complete course evaluations and submit an incident report in the event of an accident. Incidents are reviewed to assess the need for changes in our safety procedures.
